Last week I visited the Biennale in Venice because the Dutch sculptor Ellen Klijzing, one of the ladies I follow for my project about the value of aging is part of this worldly famous exhibition.
I made the pictures of her work you can find in the catalogue at page 163-165. My name is mentioned in the captions.

This catalogue will be distributed by 12000 copies which will be delivered all over the world at important art centers and museums.

Ellen (67) makes a good example of the fact that huge international succes can come at any age. A good statement for this project, having the working title Silver Stories, about the stigma women experience when they grow old, I still am working on.
